I am a new book seller on Amazon. Since I am located in Canada. I required a prep centre located in the USA. In choosing Flat Rate Prep, I feel I’ve made a good decision. Any support tickets have been dealt with promptly and usually with detailed information on what I could do to resolve the issue. I could never have resolved the latest issue with Amazon. Flat Rate Prep has been my prep service for the books I sell on Amazon since last August. They do a great job rating the books which prevents any bad quality books to be sent through which in turn prevents bad feedback. I highly recommend that you use their grading option. I buy and sell used books and the grading option has allowed me to handle discrepancies before my inventory gets shipped to Amazon’s warehouses and goes live on my account.
