You guys have been absolutely fantastic. I just shared a shout-out post in my Book Arbitrage group. It went a little something like this..

“Flat Rate Prep have done it again. They’ve sent my fourth shipment of books to Amazon, it got there within 2 days and my books went active almost right away. They’ve also given me the heads up on lower conditions than advertised (and one higher – thanks HPB Dallas) AND they’ve also advised me when what was supposed to be a VG book showed up with it’s spine almost disconnected, they took pictures for me and have disposed of the book as the seller took responsibility and is issuing a refund, without the return of the book.

I am so grateful to these guys. Their service has been worth every cent and more.”
